Description At the EMITT exhibition, attended by 64.350 tourism professionals and 77.550 visitors hailing from 71 countries for a total of 142.100 people, all of Turkey’s eminent travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, plus over 200 cities and hundreds of participants from 71 countries prepared for the next season. The EMITT Exhibition, open to tourism professionals during the first two days and open to the public during the last two, is the only exhibition in the region that, despite the economic crisis, increased 10% compared to the prior year. EMITT’s continual and pleasing growth over the past 5 years encouraged the management of the exhibition space, and TUYAP has already finished constructing 3 large new halls. Now EMITT would be using those 3 new halls in addition to the others during next EMITT exhibition. So total number of halls would be 12 this year.
